Arbitration Fees

(Fees for paper only arbitrations on request!)

Claims up to £500,000 - £15,000 to £20,000                

Claims from £500,001 to £2m - £25,000 to £35,000

Claims in excess of £2m – 2.5% of the value of the claim 

*Fees quoted exclude VAT and assume a one day arbitral hearing of 8 hours. Each additional day (or part thereof) will be charged at the rate of £2,000 per day. An hourly rate of £250 will be applied if a day runs beyond 8 hours.                           

Mediation Fees

(Mediation fees are usually shared between the parties)

Claims up to £100,000 – Between £750 and £900 per party

Claims between £100,001and £1m – Between £900 and £1750 per party

Claims between £1m and £2m – Between £1750 and £2500

Claims in excess of £2m – Between £2500 and £5000

*Fees are exclusive of VAT and include preparation, pre-mediation meetings and follow up for 7 days post mediation, 7 hours mediation and assumes 2 participants.

** Travel and hotel accommodation will be charged at cost. Time over 7 hours will be charged at £250 per hour and £500 will be charged for each additional party.
